I want my stall in the Early closing area or late closing area.(Required)
To help traders reach the right audience, we have two dedicated areas across the site: Standard Trading (12:00 PM – 6:00 PM): In our main market hub alongside community spaces and family zones. Perfect for charities, handcrafted gifts, and family-friendly stalls wrapping up before evening. Extended Trading (12:00 PM – 9:00 PM): Positioned right in the action near the Main Stage and Food Court. Space here is limited and intended for stalls looking to capitalise on the evening party atmosphere and adult footfall. Stalls in this zone must remain open until 9:00 PM, after which pack-down may commence.
I need power (extra charge)
Do you require on site parking or have accessability needs?(Required)
On-site parking is very limited, and only a handful of stalls have space for a vehicle next to them. If you’re able to park off-site, we’d really appreciate it! We'll do our best to help if on-site parking is essential for you, with priority given to those with accessibility requirements.

I can confirm the person completing the form is 18 years or above and that the stall will be supervised by at least one person 18 or older. This does not preclude the involvement of young people, which we warmly welcome.(Required)
