🎉 FINAL INFO – WINDSOR & ETON PRIDE 2025 🎉
Saturday 26th July | 4000+ Attending | You’re One of Them 💖
Ticket Info – Please Read This Bit!
———Tickets and getting in———
A quick update about the Alexandra Gardens site — it can hold up to 4,999 people, including staff and performers. Since this is our very first Pride in Windsor & Eton, we weren’t quite sure how many of you would show up — whether it would be just a few or a full house — so we’ve decided to do tickets in advance to keep everything organized and safe.
But don’t worry, there will still be some free tickets available at the door when we open at midday! There will be a separate line just for those without tickets. Please note that if you have tickets but aren’t there by 3 pm, we’ll need to give your spot to others waiting outside — as much as we’d love to hold it, it’s only fair to give everyone a chance since the response has been so amazing.
The parade, which starts at 11:45 on The Long Walk, isn’t ticketed. We encourage you to arrive early, register at the parade desk on the long walk opposite the Windsor Castle pub, find your assigned group, and join in — it’s the first time we’re doing it, and we’d love for everyone to be part of it! When you arrive at Alexandra Gardens after the parade, just head to the non-ticket queue or ticket queue if you have one already.
If you come just before 3 pm instead, you can do the same with the queue and still get in. We don’t expect too much waiting, but we really appreciate your understanding and patience.
Thanks so much, and we can’t wait to celebrate with you!
One way you could get entry is to volunteer your time as we still need people and this gets you entry, some cool merch and certificate to say you helped and wont take the whole day from you.
Steve & the team
Tickets are only valid until 3PM.
After that, they’ll be voided and anyone waiting in the queue may be let in instead.
If you can’t make it, please cancel your ticket – there are so many people desperate to attend and this lets someone else join the party.
We’re close to capacity and want to welcome as many lovely humans as we legally can! 💃

Accessibility
We’ve tried our absolute best to make Pride inclusive for everyone:
Live captioning via QR code on your phone – bring a power bank 🔋
Accessible walkways in the village
Viewing platform for wheeled guests
Disabled toilets and a full Changing Places facility near the main bar
First Aid by the main stage and outside the Community Zone
“Is it Family Friendly?”
Yes! Everything is PG (with a cheeky wink).
There’s a small marked area in the Pride Village with stalls that might have:
Slightly naughty knitting 🧶
Rude-ish candles 🕯️
Some funny words
Think “naughty but cute,” not NSFW.
📌 Reminders
If you’re not attending, cancel your ticket!

Yep, we’re embracing the hashtag. It’s wholesome, hilarious, and proudly unique to Windsor. You’ll get it when you read the guide 😉
