At Windsor & Eton Pride, we’re proud to partner with local charities and companies that share our values, in order to bring you a safe and happy day to remember. We celebrate diversity and inclusivity which is why the Accessibility Team for W&E Pride 2026 has partnered with People 2 Places (P2P). P2P is a charity based in Windsor that diminishes loneliness and connects local people to local experiences. This year, People 2 Places has kindly given visitors to W&E Pride the opportunity to rent mobility scooters at the discounted rate of just £10 for the day. They are also connecting our visitors from the two local railway stations to both the Parade muster point and to the festival ground.

Throughout the day we are proud to also have British Sign Language (BSL) interpretation as well as closed captioning for those who are hearing impaired or struggle with processing speech. Our BSL interpreter, Lesley Russell who is a NRCPD registered sign language interpreter (ID: 1023416), will be on the Main Stage for opening speeches and then proceed to Speakers Corner, where they will be throughout the afternoon providing interpretation for some of our presentations.

To assist those who are visually impaired, this year we are proud to introduce an Audio Description of the festival site, as well as the running orders for the various entertainment areas.

This gives those people with additional mobility, audio and visual needs, the opportunity to enjoy all that we have on offer for the day and to join us in the celebration of being uniquely human.

Please follow the links below for Closed Captions, Audio Description of our Site, and running orders of our acts for the day.
